Anxiety can make you feel so alone. It steals your joy and stops you from living your life – and it’s affecting a whole generation of kids and teens.
Today, one in three young people suffer from anxiety. This can be for many reasons: trauma, family tension, social media, bullying, and worrying about the future.
The good news? Scientists have made a remarkable breakthrough about how our brains work that changes how we think about anxiety. They’re throwing away the old rule book and replacing it with new methods that really work.
In this book, you’ll discover a friendly and powerful new method called Anxiety Be Gone. It’s about getting the left and right sides of your brain working as a team to restore feelings of safety and calm.
