About the Author
Paul Barbera is an Australian-born, New York-based photographer and director. He has worked regularly for Vogue Living and The New York Times, and has photographed for brands including Hermès, Herman Miller and Aesop. Paul's previous books are Where They Create (2011), Where They Purr (2021) and House Cat (2023).
Originally from Sydney, Kirsty Munro discovered that she was most inspired by writing about creativity and the people who drive it, a path that led her to senior editorial roles at Vogue Australia, InStyle and Harper's Bazaar. Now based in Tokyo, she writes about design, architecture and travel, exploring how ideas, materials and landscapes shape the way we live.
