The city of Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, is a historic city with cobblestone streets lined with buildings that tell the story of past centuries, offering an architecture that blends Gothic, Baroque, and Renaissance styles. Prague is an open-air museum, where each building tells a story and each street reveals an architectural treasure.

About the Author
Tom Mairs is a Canadian watercolorist based in Berlin. A great enthusiast of the Czech Republic, particularly Prague, he has been capturing the city and its inhabitants through his watercolors for years. He is especially fond of the architecture and the unique atmosphere of this city, rich in history and filled with breathtaking buildings.
Originally from the Czech Republic, Jaroslav Kalfar immigrated to the United States at the age of 15 without knowing a word of English. He taught himself English, later attended New York University, where he began writing, and earned a Master of Fine Arts. He is the author of "Spaceman of Bohemia," which was critically acclaimed, particularly by the NY Times, and was adapted by Netflix in 2021 under the name "Spaceman."
