About the Author
Several expert practitioners from the international Sivananda organization, where Ayurveda practice is taught alongside yoga, have contributed to this book, including- Chandrika Cordula Interthal is a gynaecologist and experienced yoga teacher at the Sivananda Centre in Munich, who has had extensive training as an Ayurvedic practitioner.
