About the Author

El Kemp is a popular food stylist and recipe writer. She regularly works with The Guardian (Feast) and recipe platform Another Pantry. Her brand clients include Montezuma chocolate and Halen Môn Welsh salt. El also works closely with leading chefs on recipe writing, testing, and styling for their cookbooks. In 2017 she launched Kemp Kitchen, a catering company focused on seasonal, locally sourced produce.
