Guided by key historical figures from Frida Kahlo to Cleopatra, join Yuna as she sets off on an enlightening journey to discover who she is and how to apply generational feminine wisdom to flourish and thrive in modern life.
A visually rich and narratively bold exploration of feminine power, retold through the journey of a curious modern-day seeker. From the series that brought you Witchcraft: A Graphic History, Tarot: A Graphic History, and Goddesses: A Graphic History comes Astrology: A Graphic History - this latest sparkly volume explores the zodiac signs and astrological wisdom, blending mythology, personal identity, and feminist history.
Across its chapters, readers will explore:
A global journey: feminist figures and themes from cultures across the world, from Audrey Hepburn to Zendaya to Joan of Arc, as well as goddesses such as Gaia and Sif.
Celestial cycles: each step of Yuna's journey is tied to a ruling planet, representing growth, change and transformation.
Empowering themes: of personal discovery, identity, and celestial wisdom.
Visual storytelling: striking artwork and lyrical narration that bring myth and meaning to life, from the same artist behind Goddesses and Witchcraft.
As with the previous titles in the series, Astrology: A Graphic History combines meticulous research with artistic flair, offering readers a fresh and inclusive way to engage with MBS traditions. This is a book to inspire curiosity, reflection, and reverence for esoterika and the sacred feminine - perfect for any astrology devotee.
