This beautifully packaged collection showcases some of the most beloved illustrations from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, alongside excerpts from the original book and quotes from characters including the White Rabbit, the Queen of Hearts, and the Cheshire Cat.
Presented by Macmillan, the original publishers of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland in 1865 and custodian of the Alice archives, this book is packed full of stunning artwork from Sir John Tenniel plus a host of other classic illustrators who have interpreted Alice in their own unique ways, including Tove Jansson, Chris Riddell, Arthur Rackham, Mabel Lucie Attwell, John Vernon Lord, Leonard Weisgard, Júlia Sardà and more. Printed on sturdy, high-quality A4 card, each picture can be pulled out and framed, or the book can be read from start to finish to give an abridged version of the classic story.

About the Author
Lewis Carroll was the pen-name of Charles Lutwidge Dodgson. Born in 1832, Dodgson was a mathematics tutor at Christ Church College, Oxford, where he met Alice Liddell, daughter of the dean, and inspiration for Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. The book and its sequel, Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There, have delighted children the world over for 150 years. Sir John Tenniel, born in 1820, was already a renowned illustrator and political cartoonist when he was invited to produce illustrations for Alice. His exquisite engravings for the two Alice books are among the most iconic and best loved images in the world.
