Grace Coddington's extraordinary talent and fierce dedication to her work have made her a global icon, having produced fashion’s most memorable visuals and cultural moments.
Coddington is one of Phaidon’s most prolific authors, having collaborated on Grace: The American Vogue Years (2015) and Grace: Thirty Years of Fashion at Vogue (2016). She will now publish a third instalment in the series, Grace: Now, celebrating collaborations with thirteen iconic fashion photographers with whom she has worked since her exit from Vogue in 2018. From Annie Leibovitz and Craig McDean to Steven Klein and Peter Lindbergh, more than 200 stunning photographs document Grace’s extraordinary new chapter in her career.
Also included in this slipcased volume is a portfolio of her sketches together with personal notes from friends and past colleagues, each of which adds a highly personal note to the high-fashion photography featured within this volume. While now working more independently, Coddington continues to execute special projects for fashion publications, including Vogue (US), British Vogue, Italian Vogue, W, and Document, all of which are included in this groundbreaking new book, a must for every dedicated follower of fashion.
